Aus Construction began building homes in 1992 and has involved the entire family. Both Gary and Chris are completely involved in the construction of the home. They personally supervise all phases on the job site daily. Gary says that quality starts with the lot selection and doesn’t end until the client is happy. They maintain high quality by limiting the number of homes under construction, and close personal supervision. “Our clients have direct contact with us and we stay open to suggestions and concerns of the client. We insist on maintaining constant communication with our clients, we want the client to know what’s going on, how long will it take, and how much will it cost.”

Here at Aus Construction, we try to have at least one home finished to showcase the quality, value and livability. We modestly decorate various areas of the home to highlight features. We have an architect that can design homes to the customer specifications or make changes to our production homes.

All of our Spec homes utilize no maintenance vinyl siding, Anderson windows, engineered floor systems, whirlpool tubs and custom oak cabinets. At closing; the builder personally walks the customer through the home explaining the features and maintenance requirements. The homeowner is given a checklist of open items and a date that all corrections will be completed. The homeowner is given a homeowners information manual that details maintenance requirements, paint, stain and key codes, emergency service phone numbers and appliance owners manuals.

Aus Construction provides a one year inclusive warranty and a ten-year structural warranty that are backed by the Residential Warranty Company.
